The first full scale facilitator training held for the INCOVAR. It was a good start. The participants and committees both learned a lot from this. We all had loads of fun learning new things...and meeting some new faces. A lot of them showed great potential and will surely be called back to participate in more helpful activities. This is only the beginning cause the exp gain here both by the paritcipants and committees were really an eye opener. In the future we hope to see more of this training sessions as the paritcipants got a taste of what it felt like to be a facilitator and how much effort and work is needed to be a great facilitator....VIVA INCOVAR
